Working within Digital Health, a Shared Health service, to facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.

This Solution Architect role involves leading/ supporting implementation projects related to Anaplan’s latest acquisition of Fluence (Statutory & Management Consolidation) across the entire AMER region. Responsibilities include assisting the sales and presales organization, providing coaching to partners, and supporting the implementation activities of the Consolidation software solutions for clients and partners.

Document business drivers and client area processes. Analyze business needs and propose potential solutions. Lead the translation of business requirements into high-level design specifications. Design cost-effective, innovative, and operationally supportable solutions, recognizing business, technical, and financial constraints.

Document the business drivers, client area processes, and how those processes contribute to the achievement of the area’s business goals. Analyze the business needs of clients and stakeholders to propose potential solutions both technical and non-technical. The Technology Consultant supports data integration activities throughout the deployment of Kinaxis solutions, using foundational technical and domain knowledge to navigate Kinaxis’ technology solutions and processes for data management and integration, to help customers experience immediate value.

Responsible for designing and implementing Workday solutions to meet business specific needs, including leading the entire system development lifecycle, advising on architectural decisions, configuring the Workday system and ensuring the solution aligns with best practices and requirements. Collaborates closely with project teams to deliver a successful implementation.
